John Deere Dealership Development – Nantwich, Cheshire

Value approx: £800k

Timescale: 2 x 6 month phases

Full Refurbishment of existing site, including new staff and visitor car parks, office blocks, storage and sales areas, roof replacement, mechanical and electrical installations, composite cladding to all external walls, curtain walling to corner elevation and the creation of new access roads.

Fylde Sports and Education Centre – Wesham, Preston

Timescale: 8 months

Specialising in groundworks and new construction, we focus on sports and education center projects.

Pavers Infill Extension, Affinity Outlet Village – Fleetwood

Value approx: £70k

Timescale: 2 months

Project consisted of forming an extension to the existing Pavers store at the Affinity Outlet Village In Lancashire. The extension was formed in a large recess between two stores, careful considerations were made for public safety as the work was located by the entrance of the centre. This is the fourth project completed on this retail site in the past 12 months.

Scotts Cellar Store Design and Fit Out – Liverpool City Centre

Value approx: £35k

Timescale: 5 months

Complete fit out of a new off license in Liverpool City Centre. Formation of new store rooms, office and toilet facilities as well as bespoke joinery work to ensure the result was entirely appropriate and efficient for use.

Clifton Park Hotel Extension – Lytham St. Annes

Value approx: £240k

Timescale: 7 months

Extension and formation of new entrance into existing hotel. Work wascarried out with careful planning and consideration while hotel remained in use. Demolition of the existing structure was carried out, followed by the construction of the extension including a new foyer, reception and entrance. Externally a raised outdoor seating area and entranceway was created with bespoke water features. The project included specialist stonework, curtain walling and mechanical and electrical installations.

Jump Rush Leisure Complex Development – Morecambe

Value approx: £2.4m

Timescale: 6 months

Purpose built new build of a 2500 m2 town centre leisure facility. Accommodating a state of the art trampoline area and assault courses, a café and viewing gallery, amenities and offices. Despite working to an extremely tight deadline, Huck Construction were able to complete the project two weeks ahead of schedule.

Tebay Service Station Extension – Cumbria

Timescale: 6 months

Works included the construction of a new, substantially sized, modern and specialised dining area added to the existing building at Tebay service Station. The timber, glass, stone and slate structure made the most of the stunning views and was in keeping with the character of the existing building and the surrounding rural area. The project was completed whilst allowing the other businesses on site to remain fully functional 24 hours a day.

Retail Units Development – Bamber Bridge, Preston

Value approx: £250k+

Timescale: 5 months

New build of a steel framed building, creating 5 new retail units on an existing supermarket carpark. This project included carrying out all associated groundworks and external works, whilst leaving the surrounding area and businesses as unaffected as possible.

Pleasureland Frontage Upgrade – Morecambe

Timescale: 4 months

Work completed on a historic and well known town building in a conservation area, including the erection of structural scaffolding to hold the existing building securely in place whilst works were carried out. The existing front and side elevations were demolished and replaced with modern zinc cladding.

Train Museum Development – Lytham

Timescale: 10 months

New build steel framed building with brick and stonework infill, design and finish was in keeping with the overall theme of the build and sympathetic to the surrounding Ribble Valley area.

Heartbeat Refurbishment – Preston

Value approx: £600k

Timescale: 7 months

Renovation of the previous football museum into the headquarters of the Heartbeat charity. Works included construction of gym areas, changing rooms, offices and all other associated works.
