Haweside Lane Apartments Development – Blackpool

Value approx: £2.5m

Timescale: 16 months

Works include the new build of 26 apartments following the demolition of a coachworks on Haweside Lane, Blackpool. This was a large £2.5 million scheme which involved various physical constraints including erection of the apartment building in a tight and limited space and on previously contaminated land. This project won an award of merit for quality and craftsmanship and design.

Chandos House Renovation – Preston

Timescale: 10 months

This project involved the extensive renovation of a detached Georgian town house, making the house modern and open plan as the client desired. The works included a large extension, doubling the size of the dwelling with the addition of a gym, sauna and a stunning indoor infinity pool, overlooking Penwortham Hill. This project received a great deal professional recognition including winning a Grand Designs award. After forging a good relationship with this client, Huck construction have continued to work on many projects for and with the client.

Ulverston Town Centre Apartments Development – Ulverston

Value approx: £650k

Timescale: 16 months

Works included the construction of 9 modern, high spec apartments following the demolition of an existing building. The building site was located in the town centre, as such Huck Construction had many physical constraints within which to work.

Fleetwood Town Houses and Student Accommodation Renovation – Fleetwood

Value approx: £750k

Timescale: 11 months

orks included extensive renovations and remodelling works to an abandoned historic customs office within town centre location of Fleetwood. The build consisted of a 26-bedroom dormitory and all associated works. This building site was located within a conservation area and as such we were subject to certain constraints and limitations.
